Rest & Revamp Classes

Find yourself needing to take a break? Come rest and revamp at one of our many relaxing Yoga classes. Great for all skill-levels!

Slow Flow Yoga

Create your own synchronized dance while learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses.  The mind and body connection is one of the main goals when practicing all forms of Yoga. Slow flowing Vinyasa is a wonderful practice in discovering personal limitations and learning how to move past those limitations.

Slow Flow Yoga is not restricted to beginners or those with physical limitations. Any level Yogi can find a fun yet relaxing challenge in our Slow Flow classes.

Candle Light Flow

A soothing class, peaceful atmosphere, lit by candles that allows you to ease your tension from your day. Allowing us to explore relaxing postures.

Functional Yin Yoga

Function Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for longer periods of time.

No Limbitations

A gentle basics class for amputees. Starting at the beginning of what exactly Yoga is, allowing amputees to feel comfortable in class and their prosthetics. Begin each class in chair Yoga, making our way to seated and then to our backs. Creating adjustments for ourselves, being where we need to be, always having a place to work towards. Serenity is committed to teaching amputees how to thrive in life through the healing power of Yoga, getting amputees back to wellness and freedom in the body, mind and spirit through the practices of breathing, Yoga poses, relaxation, and stress reduction.

Sweat & Flow Classes

Find yourself wanting a challenge? Join us for one of our more vigorous classes, get moving & detox those sweat glands! All skill levels can be catered to- even in our more challenging classes!

Intro to Vinyasa

This class is a powerful, flowing, and dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of poses. Vinyasa is one of the most popular forms of yoga in the United States.


Vinyasa is a dynamic series of poses flowing seamlessly together linking breath and movement. It builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration and helps practitioners connect to the power of breath. This class focuses on proper alignment techniques, safe and intelligent sequencing progressions and is practiced to faster paced music.

Short Form Ashtanga

The practice of Ashtanga is a vigorous style of yours that purifies the body the body from the inside out. This class, provides a way to practice the essential series in a quicker format. Throughout this class you move through sun salutations, standing postures and most of the finishing series. This class is wonderful for all levels.


Fusion starts through the connection of breath and movement by taking the body through sun salutations and various standing postures that seamlessly flow together vinyasa style. The last twenty minutes, postures are held longer like yin to go deeper and feel the burn of building strength and flexibility. Set tomusic and gently heated, this class is great to begin the exploration of vinyasa, play with ocssasional arm balances and to build tone and strength.

Grand Blanc West Middle School Yoga

A gentle, restorative class for the middle school students. Teaching them the importance of yoga, balance, and trust. (Hosted at Grand Blanc West Middle School 1515 E Reid Rd, Grand Blanc, MI 48439)

Holly High School Yoga

A gentle, restorative class for Holly High School students. Teaching them the importance of letting go of the mind and taking time stretch and move throughout their busy days. (Hosted at Holly High School 6161 E Holly Rd, Holly, MI 48442)

Holy Family Staff

A gentle, relaxing class allowing teachers the opportunity to unwind from their busy day and flow without any distractions.
